Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other relevant technical field
  • 5+ years of demonstrated quality, systems, or similar experience
  • 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience
  • Experience with development and use of critical quality tools and quality system elements
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO17025, IATF16949 (Preferred)
  • Experience with data queries and data visualization (Preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to see the “big picture”
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment without predefined standards
  • Ability to execute with a calm and collaborative urgency
  • Passion for sustainability
Responsibilities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop process standards, system requirements, and execution plans for business processes
  • Define software/system requirements based on business process needs
  • Support the development, deployment, and improvement of critical quality system elements
  • Work closely with technical writing to develop procedures, standards, and training content
  • Develop deployment plan for systems, documentation and training
  • Lead and participate in internal and external audits
  • Prioritize multiple projects across all departments and systems to provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Identify improvement opportunities across teams and develop solutions to close the gap
  • Develop and define key metrics and data needs for business processes and systems

Redwood Materials is developing a closed-loop, domestic supply chain for lithium-ion batteries, focusing on engineering sustainability by transforming the battery supply chain and offering large-scale sources of domestic anode and cathode materials produced from an increasing number of recycled batteries.
