A day in the life.
As our Agency Assistant on the Employee Services team, you’ll:
- Open, sort, scan and distribute daily mail
- Pickup and drop off mail at local USPS
- Maintain received check log
- Prepare outgoing mail and overnight packages
- Answer phones for local region of six offices as needed
- Monitor Employee Services Team inbox, respond and assign tasks within AOR
- Print Benefit Guides and Proposals for client presentations
- Support printing and mailing needs for remote colleagues
- Maintain copiers and directory, assist with copier jams and settings
- Organize and maintain office common areas
- Monitor office supplies inventory, reorder as needed
- Monitor supply of branded stationary and mailers, reorder as needed
- New hire onboarding, including preparing workstations and Employee Services overview
- Decommission workstations after colleague departures
SUPPORTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cover front desk as needed
- Coordinate vendor services as needed
- Monitor and distribute electronic faxes and voicemails
- Assist with meeting rooms and luncheons
- Prepare accident kits and mail to clients as requested
- Monitor and book meeting rooms

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- College degree/certificate or combination of education and comparable work experience preferred
- Previous office experience preferred
- Previous phone experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills including of Outlook, Word & Excel
