Requirements
- 3+ years experience in marketing campaign execution (preferably in SaaS or B2B tech industry)
- 3+ years experience in Salesforce and Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation platform)
- Proven ability to partner with and influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Ops, Product, Creative, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills
- Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong knowledge of email, paid media, and landing page best practices, and experience implementing A/B testing methodologies
- Strong conversion rate optimization experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive successful marketing campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing paid search campaigns on Google and Bing
- BS in Marketing, business, or related technology area
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across email, paid media, content syndication, direct mail, and other applicable channels
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Creative, Revenue Operations, and Sales stakeholders to understand, gather, and execute toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly lead generation targets
- Collaborate with Content and Design teams to test and optimize conversion rates across email and landing pages
- Monitor, gather, and assess market trends to identify new lead-generation opportunities and channels
- Own the performance analysis and optimization of your demand gen/lead gen channels
- Collaborate with Digital Agency to manage and execute effective paid search campaigns, measure campaign performance, and optimize ROAS on Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Facebook/Instagram, and Capterra
