  • Lead the Customer Relationship Maintenance (CRM) team. The CRM team is tasked to foster, build and maintain relationships with the eMissive user community, make site visits to user locations, conduct remote and on-site training on the eMissive system to include the analytic components of the system, conduct analytics in support of eMissive user and cadre requirements, as well as identify and issue new eMissive system accounts which will be regularly audited for usage and feedback to eMissive user communities
  • Lead analysis support efforts which include soliciting analytic requirements from users and customers, the generation of analysis products, and providing subject matter expertise to the development team in support of analysis platform engineering
  • Lead knowledge management (KM) activities to include the maintenance and development of the KM stack
  • Engage with the Government Project Manager to ensure project and contractual requirements are fulfilled on time
  • Ensure the various development and systems engineering teams' efforts are coordinated
