Responsibilities
  • Prepare the Company's SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Proxy
  • Prepare the monthly and quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations for equity, warrants, investments, and other accounting areas according to Company procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Prepare account reconciliations and associated financial analyses to ensure timely and accurate issuance of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Analyze accounts and existing processes to develop insights and opportunities for improved information quality and automation, including the proactive development of new key reports
  • Perform Sarbanes-Oxley key controls in a timely manner and assemble certain audit deliverables
  • Support the accounting department in special projects as needed
