- Assemble and maintain patient or resident charts and electronic health records as needed.
- Make copies, answer phones, make appointments, and maintain records.
- Problem-solve upstream or downstream impacts related to patient or resident record issues as needed.
- Maintain office inventory, including ordering supplies.
- Ensure office equipment is in good working order and request repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Communicate with patients or residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members about patient care according to protocol.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
