Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field
  • 5 years of professional experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in leading strategy, operations and analytics for a marketing organization
  • 1-2 years of experience working with senior leaders
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Responsibilities
  • Support execution of the company's marketing strategy in alignment with overall business goals
  • Collaborate with Director/VP-level on the creation of comprehensive marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets
  • Assist program strategy and management with some oversight
  • Implement and maintain data analytics and marketing performance measurement systems covering sales-led and product-led growth
  • Identify key questions, challenges and hypotheses to prioritize, and create
  • Conduct data-driven business analytics and growth analytics to support and make recommendations on strategy
  • Analyze CRM, web, digital, and product data to develop insights and recommendations
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and performance against targets
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for regular tracking and executive reporting
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Streamline and improve marketing processes, workflows, and automation tools
  • Oversee campaign execution, including email marketing, social media, content creation, and advertising
  • Develop and deliver high quality executive communications (i.e., develop narratives, partner across cross-functional teams on content, manage delivery of messaging)
  • Communicate and discuss insights with leadership to turn statistical findings into business actions
  • Perform data analysis and research to identify opportunities to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention and inform growth strategies
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, and UX teams to implement growth tactics effectively
