Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process effectively - Ensure timely project delivery - Mentor and guide team members for skill development Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture, Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure PaaS - Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles - Experience in designing and implementing scalable Azure solutions - Knowledge of Azure security best practices - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required Expertise in Azure AD, identity and access management. Deploy and manage web applications securely and at scale using Azure App Service and Azure Application Gateway. Azure network architecture and security management. Configure and maintain Azure resources, Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL Databases, Cosmos DB, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Application Insights Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) development : Terraform Cloud for collaborative infrastructure management. HashiCorp Vault and Azure Key Vault for secure storage and management of sensitive information and certificates. Azure DevOps and GitHub for version control, CI/CD, and collaborative development workflows. PowerShell for automation and Azure resource management Stay updated with current and industry trends and emerging technologies, especially those related to Azure, HashiCorp, and collaborative development tools.15 years full time education
