  • Experience and training related to transmission/gathering pipeline operations
  • Experience and training related to gas measurement and regulation activities
  • Experience and training related to processing and/or storage operations
  • Experience and training related to company/governmental operating and safety procedures
  • Experience and training related to pipeline stress/strain analyses
  • Experience in engineering design and knowledge of criteria for natural gas and/or NGLs in pipeline systems
  • Four or more years of experience in engineering, operations and/or project management
  • Experience in use and function of applications such as Microsoft Excel, Project, Access, Word, etc.
  • Experience researching and preparing project materials and design specifications, contracts, agreements, budgets, engineering studies, and other relevant reports, forms, and correspondence
  • Experience identifying, researching, understanding, evaluating, and prioritizing operational problems and coordinating appropriate action/response
Responsibilities
  • Direct and/or perform engineering and/or project management activities related to design, procurement, construction, or optimization of company assets
  • Provide technical and/or engineering assistance on matters including equipment/system design, pipeline sizing and evaluation, and process safety
  • Perform project management activities including bid proposals and contracts, AFE preparation and cost management, and managing change orders
  • Identify equipment efficiencies, complete hydraulic calculations, determine valve and pipeline sizing and perform gas flow analysis
  • Research, analyze, prepare and/or approve information including engineering studies and cost estimates
  • Analyze and/or provide support for various assets and make recommendations for improvements
  • Evaluate proposed projects by conducting load studies
  • Evaluate various measurement system designs and make recommendations for improvements
  • Perform and/or provide support for economic analysis related to potential new projects
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and assist with implementation of new processes
