What believers are saying

  • LEARN opened San Diego and Fairfax centers on 2026-07-30 and 2026-07-29.
  • May 11, 2026's Little Leaves acquisition added Florida and deepened Maryland and Virginia density.
  • Three disclosed 2026 acquisitions show Gryphon-backed management still buying fragmented ABA operators.

What critics are saying

  • Indiana Medicaid cut ABA rates 6% on 2026-04-01, then 4% in 2027.
  • Florida, Maryland, and Virginia growth depends on payer contracts, not durable switching costs.
  • If states cap ABA hours further, LEARN’s center economics collapse within one budget cycle.

What makes Learn It Systems unique

  • LEARN Behavioral runs 100+ autism centers across 17 states, plus school-based services.
  • On 2026-08-17, LEARN highlighted repeatable center openings and brand rollups like WEAP.
  • The 2023-08-24 NIMH grant with UC Davis validated LEARN’s research partnership model.
