- Open and lead incident command for internal or external disasters until relieved by the assigned administrative representative.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identify issues that affect desired patient outcomes.
- Respond to complaints about patient care and manage them through established channels.
- Provide input for hiring, training, directing, developing, and evaluating staff.
- Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Prior surgery experience is preferred.
