Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in managing or leading a Professional Services, Customer Support or similar customer facing organization
  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS business
  • Proven track record of delivering value-added software products and features
  • Exhibit technical depth with good data analysis experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to articulate insights as well as presentation skills across various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and work effectively in a cross functional global environment
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of how your deliverables impact business outcomes for BV and our customers
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Data driven decision making
  • Drive to action and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverable simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time
Responsibilities
  • Drive the vision and develop a deep understanding of our customer segments and advocate relentlessly for the best software and service packages on customers' behalf through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis
  • Lead team of product managers to complete product roadmap in partnership with cross functional teams
  • Drive the vision, metrics, roadmap, feature set, and delivery of your product area ensuring that we're always exceeding the expectations of our customers
  • Clearly present your findings and recommendations from data and research to executives and key team members
