Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 8+ years of Product and Test Engineering on VLSI silicon
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of CPU/GPU type products
  • Experience with ATE Hardware & Test Program analysis
  • Ability to review and analyze schematics
  • Experience with Product Reliability Qualification
  • Statistical analysis skills - JMP, Spotfire, etc.
  • ATE test experience - STDF Data manipulation
  • Methodology & Automation
  • Python, Make, c++ or equivalent programming language for script writing
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux development environment
Responsibilities
  • Introduce new products to volume manufacturing
  • Define and develop dashboards or scripts to quickly analyze incoming data
  • Develop and drive and analyze all aspects of silicon reliability and qualification activities
  • Develop and drive vendors to generate required hardware and software needed for the silicon manufacturing environment.
  • Responsible for creating needed documentation and dashboards
  • Performing System Level Testing of high performing AI chips
  • Establish yield tracking, yield enhancement and cost reduction infrastructure
