  • Establish and enforce editorial excellence, setting content guidelines and best practices for technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Ensure Databricks is the go-to source for technical thought leadership, crafting content that educates and engages practitioners, from data engineers to AI/ML professionals.
  • Review and refine high-impact content, serving as the editorial lead for technical blogs, whitepapers, tutorials, and solution guides.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously optimize content for engagement, discoverability, and impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and developer relations teams to align technical content with product innovations and evolving customer needs.
  • Mentor and lead a growing team of technical writers and editors, building scalable processes to improve content development efficiency and quality.
