As a Paid Digital Marketing Manager at Vanta, you will support the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid digital marketing efforts, ensuring we drive high-quality traffic, increase conversions, and effectively scale customer acquisition.
The Growth Marketing team is responsible for driving Sales pipeline and scaling Vanta across many audiences by delivering high-impact campaigns. We focus on a data-driven approach, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technology to optimize performance and deliver measurable results across channels. Our goal is to continuously improve our marketing efficiency, expanding our reach while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
In this role, you will be a key driver in achieving Vanta’s growth objectives by delivering on multiple digital advertising programs to specific segments of our market. Your expertise in managing acquisition costs, executing campaigns, and optimizing performance will directly contribute to our ability to acquire and retain customers at scale, while also reinforcing Vanta’s position as a leader in the security space.
What you’ll do as a Paid Digital Marketing Manager at Vanta:
Lead the development and execution of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure campaigns meet performance targets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to optimize for conversions and lead quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth general managers, creative, content, and product marketing, to create compelling ads that align with Vanta’s overall brand and growth strategy.
Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to refine targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies.
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
How to be successful in this role:
5+ years proven experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of driving conversions and ROI.
Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic channels.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau and campaign management platforms.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A growth mindset, adaptable to changing market conditions and emerging technologies.

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The salary or OTE range for this position is $95,000 - $112,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
