  • 10+ years of work experience in strategic and operational roles, supported by a track record of delivering successful results
  • 7+ years of people management experience coaching and mentoring large diverse teams
Responsibilities
  • Oversee in-house frontline operations across the Canada for all existing and future Delivery offerings
  • Lead a large organization spanning our courier, merchant, marketplace, and eater operations functions
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency and growth across operational functions; drive coordination; and work to develop and adopt global best practices
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and spearhead alignment cross-functionally at the regional and global level
  • Be a champion for our customers by continually providing the voice of the customer back to the business and provide insight from data across the region
  • Assume a leadership role working with internal stakeholders at Uber, and effectively partner and collaborate with other divisions in the organization
  • Serve as a core member of the Delivery Canada leadership team
  • Develop business cases for and prioritize product feature requests to inform the product roadmap and drive enhancements for internal and external users
