  • Producing and managing documentation for industry-leading enterprise software products
  • Managing a small team of writers
  • Analyzing the needs of diverse internal and external audiences and tailoring documentation to those needs
  • Writing about technical concepts with clarity
  • Communicating with product owners, developers, QA, and implementation managers for research
  • Editing and improving documents drafted by other teams
  • Prioritizing documentation requests with agility and transparency
  • Creating and applying company-wide standards for style, information architecture, and document design
  • Using industry-standard tools for documentation and project management (Atlassian suite)
