What You’ll Do
- Medical Network Member Management
- Ensure that all member headshots, biographical information, and licensing information are up-to-date and accurate on the RVO Health Medical Network site(s)
- Manage all medical review activities and take proactive measures to meet monthly and annual production goals
- Member Billing
- Partner closely with our Accounting and Procurement teams to ensure efficient and timely payment of freelance work
- Manage and troubleshoot billing approvals and questions
- Operational Support
- Maintain Medical Network member information in our internal database
- Execute a monthly audit of expert licensing to ensure they are valid and up-to-date
- Manage internal medical requests, projects, and system updates
- Provide cross-coverage for team members
What We’re Looking For
- You have a BA/BS.
- Understanding of medical terminology and experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and responsibilities.
- You are a highly motivated self-starter comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- You are highly organized and proven to work well with quick deadlines and rapid turnaround.
- You have proven success in following through and completing projects.
- You can celebrate great success with those you work with but also provide constructive feedback on areas for improvement.
- You are tech-savvy with an ability to learn new tools.
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $57,000 - $80,000
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
