  • MBA from a top-tier school.
  • 8-10+ years of total work experience with at least 2+ years in consulting doing both strategy and program management.
  • Exceptional ability to support senior leaders and cross-functional teams from a position of influence/partnership, with experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to engage in financial modeling / scenario analytics, as needed.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a heightened focus on attention to detail; strong sense of urgency, proactivity, and independence.
  • Ability to structure work plans, navigate competing priorities, and manage complex projects end-to-end.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Work to continuously improve business planning, business performance, and reporting.
  • Analyze internal data to develop business insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Champion company-wide plans and objectives, and socialize priorities across the organization to ensure alignment and connectivity in support of our business goals.
  • Drive cross-functional strategic projects, such as launching Kandji in international markets and rolling out new products to support Kandji’s next phase of growth.

Their system allows companies to easily deploy secure devices, update software, and address vulnerabilities across all their devices. A key feature is the MigrationAgent, which simplifies the transition from older Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to Kandji's platform, requiring minimal user interaction.
