Requirements
  • A higher-education degree at Bac+5 level is required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in UX design is required, including significant experience leading or managing a team.
  • Experience with comprehensive UX methods, including quantitative and qualitative user research, design, and testing, is required.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Maze, Miro, and Notion is required.
  • Knowledge of accessibility principles and design systems is required.
  • Experience with agile methods and collaborative product environments is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall UX vision for digital products in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Design teams.
  • Manage and develop a team of three senior UX designers, supporting skills growth and methodological consistency.
  • Define and ensure the quality of user journeys from research through prototype validation.
  • Structure and facilitate UX workshops.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align user needs with business objectives.
