  • 5+ years of experience with web analytics in a multi-channel environment
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 360 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker (Data Studio), BigQuery, Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in dashboard creation (Tableau, Excel)
  • Strong project management skills with experience using enterprise project management tools

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Design and Execution of Tag & Event Strategy: Define event taxonomy, manage event implementation across all IB sites, and ensure consistency for accurate business reporting.
  • Empower Informed Decision-Making: Provide insightful summaries, recommendations, and visualizations that unveil trends, track performance, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Data Team, Developers, Product, Tag Management, and SEOs to optimize data flows and tracking methodologies. Champion initiatives to enhance channel, product, and consumer analytics capabilities.
  • Cultivate Data Expertise: Serve as the internal subject matter expert for IB web analytics, providing training and consultations on cross-organizational projects.
  • Uncover Hidden Gems: Perform advanced analyses of web traffic, email engagement, and app data to measure program success, including click-through rates, retention, and A/B testing results.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to design flexible solutions that meet evolving analytic needs.
