Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and own client strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for the client within WTW.
  • Retain an existing book of business through deep and lasting relationships.
  • Build trust and credibility with decision-makers and key stakeholders within WTW and with our clients.
  • Work on new business opportunities within the team, including RFPs and oral presentations.
  • Design and deliver client presentations, proposals, advocacy reports, service plans, and schedules.
  • Provide timely responses to client questions. This may include contract review and coverage questions.
  • Assist with inquiries about certificates and billings with the assistance of the Associate Client Advocate.
  • Educate clients on WTW’s full suite of offerings and solutions.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and align products and services to client needs.
  • Manage the Engagement 365 client plan, ensuring alignment with performance and service goals.
  • Alongside the team, help with new business, including RFP responses.
  • Follow up proactively on client requests to ensure satisfaction and seamless service.
