Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, or machine learning.
  • A strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C++.
  • Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence through coursework, projects, research, hackathons, student organizations, or personal initiatives.
  • Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence concepts, including large language models, AI assistants, copilots, AI agents, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Ability to solve problems, communicate, and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated integrity and responsible technology practices.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance software applications, AI-powered tools, or intelligent workflows used by employees and customers.
  • Support the design and implementation of generative AI, AI assistant, and automation solutions.
  • Explore and apply large language models, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Contribute to cloud-native applications and enterprise-scale platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Apply responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance principles throughout solution development.
  • Learn emerging technologies quickly and apply them to practical business challenges.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar tools.
  • Experience building AI assistants, copilots, AI agents, chatbots, or intelligent automation projects.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience using application programming interfaces, databases, Git, or continuous integration and continuous delivery tools.
  • Participation in hackathons, research programs, technical competitions, or open-source projects.
  • A portfolio or GitHub repository demonstrating software engineering and AI-related projects.
  • Experience applying AI technologies to solve real-world business or technical problems.
