  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in an agency or consulting/professional services setting
  • 3-6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or Product Owner for digital product, mobile application, and/or website development
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum project methodologies
  • Experience in commerce systems in general (B2B and B2C)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, Optimizely, Drupal, etc.
  • Experience writing business and functional requirements, and creating training materials
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements from diverse stakeholder groups and prioritize their importance
  • Build Product Backlogs from requirements gathering activities
  • Work with other disciplines to size and scope features in the Product Backlog
  • Conduct Product Backlog grooming sessions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work in tandem with Project Management to manage project scope, and work closely with team leads to plan, size and manage sprints
  • Document business requirements via user stories and process flows, in addition to functional requirements that include writing wireframe/comp annotations, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience with CMS systems and working with both Development and Creative teams
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Adobe Commerce (Magento) is preferred but significant experience in any other commerce system/platform is good
  • Helpful to have a background in software development
