The opportunity

The selected candidate will:

• Supports the product management team with daily activities aligned to a specific product, such as analyzing requirements and assisting with product selection, development and socialization
• Researches and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights to the product group and provides task-specific support where required (e.g. specification drafting)
• Develops relationships across the wider product team, such as technical teams and testers, to assist with the definition of product features and requirements

Your key responsibilities

• Assist the TPM in Product Management related tasks and activities, including finalizing product vision and strategy, incorporating stakeholder feedback, assessing and prioritizing requirements, developing roadmaps, and coordinating with stakeholders and development teams.
• Support the TPM in Delivery Oversight, including the management of architecture, design, development, testing, and production rollout; helping with tasks related to collaboration with architecture, engineering, BA, and QA teams; and providing support to ensure seamless execution of intake processes, Pre-PI/PI Planning, and Dev/BAU operations
• Help the TPM in Financial and Vendor Management, to handle budgets, Infosec, and to manage vendor and contract relationships; and with tasks related to ensuring appropriate resource allocation.
• Assist the TPM in CT Process Management, to help oversee CT processes such as DSP, EvB, QPDR, etc.
• Support the TPM during collaboration with internal EY teams and third-party vendors for software integrations
• Aid the TPM in dealing with Issue and Dependency Management, handling tasks to resolve team blockages, helping the TPM when escalating key risks/issues to leadership, and in managing dependencies across teams

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field preferred
• year of relevant work experience
• Handle ambiguity and able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
• Communicates feedback to the leadership team to improve and evolve the quality of products
• Cultivates and builds relationships across business & IT and industry to gather intelligence and bring insight about the wider enterprise picture and enable the leveraging of emerging industry standards and approaches within EY
• Oversees the development and implementation of an ongoing communication plan to educate stakeholders on the purpose and benefits of Product Management
