Requirements
  • A degree in any Health, Business, or equivalent discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a similar role in the healthcare sector, preferably in dental and/or direct sales of medical devices or consumables.
  • Professionals with strong learning ability, results and customer satisfaction orientation, and adaptability to change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using customer relationship management systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate country-specific value propositions to customers.
  • Define a territory plan that considers how to segment customers based on deep knowledge of current and potential clients, as well as competitive dynamics.
  • How to target identified prospects, especially new clients and competitor accounts.
  • How to allocate time efficiently.
  • Deliver product and solution sales according to the plan.
  • Maintain a strong focus on long-term account development (sustainable, growing clients vs. “big one-time sales”) as well as pure sales.
  • Successfully negotiate and implement tailored business development plans.
  • Deliver activities, review the status of business development plans, and ensure activities are carried out in collaboration with the T&E team.
  • Know the business: Nobel Biocare’s and country-specific value propositions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nobel Biocare’s products and solutions.
  • Actively seek information and opportunities for continuous growth and independently address personal learning needs.
  • Passion for implementing and executing activities.
  • Ability to analyze and understand customers’ underlying problems and needs.
  • High responsiveness to customers.
  • This role will be responsible for territory including postcodes: W, SW, EC, KT.
