Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience, including industry experience in lending/credit
  • Background in management or strategic consulting preferred, with an emphasis on building products from the ground-up
  • Ability to cross-functionally lead both internal and external stakeholders
  • Skilled in data analysis and data storytelling
  • Self-starter; intellectually curious; passionate about problem solving
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats, for both high-level strategy and in-the-weeds tasks
  • Ability to be both scrappy and strategic, and just as able to make an executive pitch as you are to pitch in on a product issue
Responsibilities
  • Develop the vision for Jetty's lending and credit products, establish strategies for each business line (ex. go-to-market, competitive, pricing), and communicate these out to the organization
  • Partner with teams such as Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to execute against these strategies and deliver the product, iterating early and often
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to set and align goals to the business line strategy, managing overall goal-setting and tracking across functions
  • Manage key strategic relationships with partners such as banks, bureaus, and government-sponsored entities
  • Communicate goals and results on a consistent basis to the Board, the Company, and individual teams, including quantitative analysis as needed
