Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant field
  • 8+ years of experience implementing CRM (e.g. Salesforce.com) and other sales/services systems
  • 4+ years of experience leading a GTM systems or Business Systems team
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Experience in negotiating contracts, vendor agreements, managing consultants and 3rd party contractors
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the systems strategy across the Revenue organization
  • Build and optimize the GTM systems team to support various departments and drive efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage system integrations, and ensure data integrity
  • Lead and manage the Revenue Business systems team, setting clear goals and expectations
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and management of data to drive insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integration and data quality
  • Implement data-driven insights to enhance internal & external customer experiences
  • Ability to collaborate well with a diverse group of stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of Revenue Business systems team activities to facilitate resource and project planning
  • Maintain proper documentation of systems configurations to enable the teams to provide effective production support
Desired Qualifications
  • An advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus
  • Aptitude for developing teams; influencing and galvanizing others to follow you toward a solution
