The Interconnected Strategy team is responsible for the development and execution of Home Depot’s overall interconnected and online business strategy. This includes identifying top opportunities based on market dynamics, developing efforts to address those opportunities, and ensuring adequate internal resourcing while building external relationships to support those efforts.
The Director is a key leader on the Interconnected Strategy team, developing long-term strategic initiatives for HomeDepot, working directly with THD business leaders within and outside of the online organization, building business relationships outside of THD, and managing + developing direct reports to deliver on these responsibilities. The Director receives exposure across THD’s business and is expected to develop deep, trusted relationships with senior business partners while affecting change from within one of the world’s leading retailers.
