Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university, with graduation in 2027.
  • Demonstrated success gathering primary and secondary research through a range of research methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including experience working with large datasets and modelling.
  • Ability to take initiative, manage changing responsibilities, and assist with ad hoc projects.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity by synthesising implications and triangulating information from various data sources.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
  • Legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom throughout employment.
Responsibilities
  • Support client engagements by driving research and fact-gathering, analysing and synthesising findings, and developing client deliverables.
  • Work across practices as a generalist on projects varying in industry, scope, and length.
  • Maintain direct client-facing interaction.
  • Distil actionable insights from research using quantitative techniques and analytical frameworks.
  • Communicate conclusions directly to clients through creative presentations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior relevant internship or project-based work experience in strategy consulting or market research.
  • Foreign-language fluency.

Sia acquires Kaiser Associates to launch global corporate strategy and M&A business line

Sia, a global management consulting group, has acquired Kaiser Associates, a US-based strategy consulting firm, to launch a dedicated Corporate Strategy, Private Equity and M&A business line spanning the US, UK, France, Middle East and Australia. Founded in 1981, Kaiser Associates brings 65 consultants and operates from Washington, D.C., New York and London. The firm specialises in go-to-market strategy, growth assessments and market landscaping for Fortune 500 executives and private equity funds. Kaiser Associates' leadership team, including Ali Cumber, Paul Mumma and Jon Meyerholz, will join Sia as partners, with Meyerholz heading the new business line as managing partner. The acquisition expands Sia's North American presence and strengthens its position in private equity advisory.
