Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Solid knowledge of SalesForce

  • Preferred interest in sport
  • The position is based in London. Combination of office based and remote working, with 2-3 days per week in the office
Responsibilities
  • Support pre-sales and post sales activities
  • Booking inventory, gathering and distributing ad copy and media assets, and setting up talent onboarding calls
  • Support Advertising Sales Team in building media plans, ad schedules, and collateral for pitches and RFP responses
  • Taking a lead role in overseeing and managing the delivery of sold campaigns. This will include developing and working to production timelines, working closely with editorial and other internal teams, liaising with clients on sign-off
  • You will also monitor and report on the delivery of sold campaigns during and after campaign flight, including creating campaign recap documents
  • Assist the sales team in the support and management of accounts and supporting the billing and invoicing process
  • Working alongside our research and insights agency partner to support and help facilitate campaign effectiveness research for key partnerships
  • Play an active role in working with sales and wider teams to create and develop ideas and campaign concepts that can be pitched to clients
