Requirements
  • A degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, economics, or equivalent experience.
  • A recent graduate or someone with brief experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement.
  • Familiarity with Lean tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a big-picture view.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude—you love making things happen.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—you influence without authority.
Responsibilities
  • Be an important player in our Lean Transformation, collaborating with teams across the plant to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead and support project streams that directly impact plant performance (think: better Overall Equipment Effectiveness, smarter processes, and stronger teamwork).
  • Use structured problem-solving to map, analyze, and optimize processes—your ideas might shape how we work.
  • Help drive our Operational Excellence governance: from Gemba walks and visual KPI s to action-oriented meetings that keep us moving forward.
  • Track and report progress on key initiatives, highlighting risks and opportunities that matter to our customers and our business.
  • Build strong partnerships across functions and contribute to our strategic roadmap.
  • Connect the dots between operational KPIs and the plant’s P&L—because what you do will make a difference.
Desired Qualifications
  • Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency is a plus.
  • Exposure to ESG topics such as circular economy, responsible sourcing, social impact, and ethical governance is desirable.
