Foursight Capital/OneMain Auto is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Dealer Relationship Specialist.
As a Dealer Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging and growing a network of relationships with key personnel in auto dealerships with the purpose of growing our indirect auto lending base.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm depending upon assigned area
Location: Fully in office in West Valley City, UT
Pay: base salary + quarterly bonus potential
Job Duties:
Communicate directly with dealership partners and provide best in class customer service.
Work independently to establish new dealership partners and grow the network of franchise and independent dealerships in an assigned geographic region
Prospect new markets to establish a new dealership base
Work with existing partners to engage nonparticipating and under performing dealerships.
Maintain a positive and mutually beneficial cohesion within the team.
Assist other departments as required by business needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Required experience/education:
High school or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of sales
Excellent rapport building skills
Goal oriented self-starter
Ability to work well with others
Able to manage a large volume of calls, texts and emails
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
