System Administrator 2

Are you ready to make a significant impact by supporting critical national security infrastructure? T-Rex Solutions is looking for a fully cleared System Administrator to join our dynamic team at Ft. Meade, MD in support of the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
• Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
• Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
• Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure

Shifts:  Wed-Sun 4am-12pm (Training M-F 6am-2pm)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's and 10 years of related experience or 15 years of related experience without a degree.  
• CompTIA A+ CE
  CompTIA Network+ CE
• Active TS/SCI w/ FSP required.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
