Leading any non-standard deals (eg portfolio reviews, co-branding opportunities, etc.) in cooperation with the market teams
Working closely with in market teams on deal structure and closure.
Provide support to VP and market teams in initiating and closing Luxury deals
Previous demonstrated experience with multiple deal types (franchise, managed, lease, acquisitions)
Shows understanding of the economics of a hotel project, return on investment calculations and what drives clients decisions
Good interpersonal skills and contacts for influencing multiple stakeholders such as clients and internal teams
Proven project management skills
Financial modelling experience would be a plus
Entrepreneurial spirit with a tendency for thinking innovatively – able to find deals and pitch ideas internally
