Requirements
  • As a Provider Marketing Associate, you will work cross functionally to help execute provider engagement and communication strategies to improve the provider onboarding experience
  • You will support the end-to-end provider onboarding campaigns in new and existing markets and will build needed content to make sure providers have all they need for a successful experience with Oscar
  • You'll own projects with support from the Manager of Provider Marketing
  • You'll work with partners from P&L, Provider Relations, and clinical teams to determine goals, build content and measure campaign results
  • 1-2+ years experience in a communications, or project management role, in the healthcare space
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study preferred or 2 years related work experience
  • Experience project managing content for communications campaigns
  • Experience marketing to or working within hospital or medical organizations
