Requirements
  • An eye for detail coupled with analytical skills and critical thinking abilities

Responsibilities
  • Execute, at various frequencies, embedded controls to meet multiple regulatory obligations in supporting and controlling the business.
  • Exception Management, escalation and remediation.
  • Supporting the broader Control Framework within Operations, whilst engaging in cross departmental collaboration.
  • Produce, maintain, and distribute activity-based reporting of a high quality, whilst seeking additional oversight when required/mandated.
  • Continually update all relevant documentation / procedures in line with the proposed Control framework.
  • Determination of proposed or existing Market regulations to suggest enhanced controls required to control the business activity.
  • Open communication and dialogue with direct and indirect teams.
