Required Skills
  • BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA with 5+ years’ combined experience in corporate and public accounting; industry experience at a technology company is a plus (Big 4 experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Proficiency using NetSuite and system savvy
  • Experience supporting an annual audit and quarterly reviews
  • Self-starter, excellent problem solver, flexible, resourceful, process driven with a high degree of integrity and work ethic
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the demonstrated ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Perform month-end close processes including reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Own accounting activities for internal-use software, commissions, payroll, and investments
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX controls
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to support areas of responsibility
  • Provide financial insights and reporting to finance and non-finance business partners
  • Prepare and review schedules for financial reporting processes
  • Review and explain balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analyses
  • Support internal and external audit teams
  • Evaluate processes and systems for areas of responsibility and implement improvements
  • Participate in ad hoc projects
