YOUR IMPACT
We are searching for a Director of IT - Team Member Experience expert to join our team. Our ideal team member is a dynamic leader who can build out processes for overseeing the maintenance of our systems and services.
- Oversee the maintenance of endpoint devices/ systems and services (e.g., network security, End User Computing etc.) and evaluate them according to established goals.
- Improve Employee experience by improving New Hire Onboarding Process, improving IT Ops processes, lead the established HW Refresh program.
- Manage IT equipment/ infrastructure/ network required for office facilities.
- Help maintain ISO 27001 and SOC 1 and 2 certifications.
- Drive IT Application Rationalization and build/ support IT Data warehouse.
- Support multiple SaaS applications like Jira/ Confluence, ZenDesk, SFDC, Workday etc.
- Work with other leaders and executives devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
- Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
- Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.
- Ensure IT operations are well-resourced and staffed.
- Secure data and IT systems against loss, attack, or risks.
- Meeting the company’s IT requirements within budget.
- Oversee technical projects to ensure they are aligned with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with external and internal vendors and advisors.
- Make innovative and effective system and technology investment decisions.
- Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.
- Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Proven hands-on experience as IT manager/ director or similar role.
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.
- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Experience with LLMs/ Generative AI in Helpdesk automation is a plus
- BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field.
- ITIL, PMP or any information security certifications a big plus.
Please note that this position is hybrid and the ability to commute to our Frisco, Texas office is a must.
