  • Work closely with graphic designers to develop materials including but not limited to engaging graphics for social media, newsletters, articles, and other promotional needs
  • Develop, manage, and monitor social media initiatives to maximize civic and stakeholder engagement
  • Define key metrics to evaluate performance and effectiveness of marketing communications initiatives
  • Analyze marketing campaign data, create reports on campaign outcomes, and recommend improvements to increase reach and engagement with target audiences
  • Assist with content development for new and existing marketing campaigns
  • Support digital marketing efforts across other channels (e.g., SEO and paid media)
