Responsibilities
  • Identify and build long-standing, dynamic relationships with key community partners
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and experience teams to support the community through meaningful engagements
  • Plan, resource, and deliver high-quality lead nurturing and acquisition events
  • Support growth operations process to ensure all customers, partners, and community members have a seamless experience
  • Identify opportunities for creating scalable processes to support overall growth
  • Assist with content creation for various communication channels
