Requirements
  • LMS content curation, inventory, and maintenance: Ensure the best possible end-user experience by keeping the tool lean and clean through regular activities like user management, compliance control, and/or automated process control
  • Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development
  • Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with frontline managers and department heads
  • Organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees
  • Supports development of unique training programs to fulfill IDP identified growth areas or specific needs to maintain or improve employee base's job skills
  • Recommends training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
  • Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos
  • Analyzes training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining opportunities
  • Assesses training materials prepared by frontline managers and department heads as needed
  • Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
  • Performs other related duties as required
  • Experience building and delivering training at the intersections of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product with intent to streamline purchase process
  • High cross-functional collaboration acumen
  • EXCELLENT Highspot acumen preferred or applicable experience and comfort with a similar LMS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development
  • Extremely proficient with G-Suite and all adjacent program software
  • At least two years of training and enablement experience is required
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
Responsibilities
  • The Performance Enablement Manager will be a key member of Fairmarkit's People Team. He or she will develop, implement, and conduct training programs for employees to support Fairmarkit company-wide from initial onboarding to ongoing growth across the organization
  • This person will own our internal LMS with early emphasis on 1) Frontline manager development and 2) our GTM Teams, supporting them in continuously improving the quality of customer conversations and achieving revenue goals
  • This person would be a member of Fairmarkit's People Team, and report to our Head of Performance Strategy & Alignment
