Requirements

  • Ability to successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.
  • Prior dispatching or logistics coordination experience.
  • Proven sales ability.
  • Experience working in groups to achieve goals.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and MVR certification.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
Responsibilities
  • Support CPP-led commercial sales.
  • Assist with dispatching and coordinating commercial deliveries from order creation through dispatch for delivery.
  • Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and general vehicle readiness.
  • Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
  • Perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and basic account touchpoints.
  • Perform customer deliveries as needed, following standard driver procedures for picking, staging, delivery, returns, core handling, credit-account collection, and customer relationship building.
  • Lead organization and maintenance in and around the parts department, backroom, staging, and delivery areas.
  • Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
  • Assist with upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
  • Lead the commercial program when the CPP is not present, including weekends as business and customer demands require.
  • Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
  • Assist CPPs and GMs with tasking, special projects, execution initiatives, and inventory management.
  • Support onboarding and shadowing of new team members.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior automotive parts experience.
  • ASE certification.

Jobless claims hit 209K as housing starts reach 1.465M, Walmart slides despite earnings beat
