Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience involving writing and research/analysis
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a professional environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing and prioritizing a high volume of transactional duties (eg. scheduling, data entry, accounting etc.)
  • Prior experience composing professional correspondence with internal and external stakeholders at the executive level
  • Proven ability to focus on small details as well as the big picture, with strong reviewing/editing skills that result in work that is free of errors
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Slides)
Responsibilities
  • Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating with Talent Acquisition Partners, candidates, and hiring teams, and serve a point-of-contact for questions and issues related to scheduling
  • Work within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to create and maintain job openings and track candidate progress through the interview process
  • Assist with operations tasks including process documentation, reporting and administration of ZipRecruiter's Employee Referral Program
  • Evaluate current TA processes to identify areas of improvement and assist with implementing changes to increase efficiency across the People Department
  • On occasion, may need to coordinate candidate travel (flight, hotel) and travel to the ZipRecruiter office to host candidates for on-site interviews, providing workspace tours and company information while representing the ZipRecruiter brand
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in recruiting or related discipline (e.g. human resources, business, marketing)
  • Experience with reporting, Excel/Google Sheet formulas, creating graphs/charts, creating presentations
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS
  • Knowledge of recruiting and human resources processes and best practices
  • Prior work experience in the tech industry
