As a Business Service Agent, you will partner with Key Account Managers to manage customer accounts and ensure invoices are submitted accurately and timely.
Essential Functions:
Manage all aspects of invoicing in an efficient and effective manner and in accordance with business/customer/legal laws, policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
Submission of key and non-national invoices into portal websites. Coordination with branches and account managers to ensure that all requirements are met for invoicing of all assigned key accounts.
Single point of contact for all assigned key accounts. Assist with A/R account reconciliation for assigned key accounts. Working with KONE and customer tools and systems for invoice generation and submission. Problem solving and investigation for invoice questions and concerns from internal or external customers.
Direct point of contact for various third-party payer sites, including maintenance for invoice payment status. Collaborate with Contract department to ensure accurate rates and requirements for all assigned key accounts.
Review and distribution of ZDMR reporting to account managers as per defined deadlines. Receipt of responses on billing status and requirements.
Maintenance of third-party representative relationships, including verification of billing with account managers, retrieval of required documentation.
Maintenance of department spreadsheets of all account assignments, contract information, billing requirements, submission procedures.
Maintaining training materials and documentation for all assigned key accounts.
Other duties as assigned
You will bring 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume Billing Role, including relevant experience in the finance/customer service/project management fieldto our KONE family.
Education:
Associates degree or equal working experience
Specific Skills, Knowledge & Behavior:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong focus on organization/prioritization/adaptability
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting company deadlines and customer requirements
Ability to effectively communicate with KONE employees and customers
Ability to work in a team environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft products
SAP experience a plus
Budgeted Annual Salary: $50,800 - $70,000 USD
