  • At least five years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful ServiceNow implementations and customizations
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and development best practices
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting within the ServiceNow environment and familiarity with REST and SOAP integrations, API development, and data exchange between systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions, along with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative attitude

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including but not limited to JavaScript, Jelly scripting, and Glide API scripting
  • Implement and manage data integrations between ServiceNow and other third-party systems, databases, and applications
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ServiceNow performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to optimize platform performance
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to propose and implement new functionalities that align with business goals
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of developed solutions, performing thorough testing and debugging as needed
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development within the team and assist in the documentation of technical specifications, system architecture, and deployment processes
