Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Technical degree or nationally recognized standard preferred
  • PMP certification or similar is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of I&C field maintenance work experience in Oil and Gas or petrochemical facilities and Power generation
  • Minimum 3 years of I&C Turnaround maintenance planner work experience
  • Knowledge of industrial standards and code regulations
  • Experience in Turnaround Planning, Scheduling, and Execution processes
  • Experience with scaffolding, painting, insulating, heavy equipment operation
  • Experience in commissioning, startup, and maintenance of Oil & Gas or petrochemical facilities
  • Experience with Oracle Primavera (P6) and CMMS/SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of maintenance and inspection of Instrumentation and electrical equipment
Responsibilities
  • Build turnaround work packages and assist with scheduling of E&IC Turnaround work
  • Lead, facilitate, and coordinate risk-based strategic and tactical Turnaround work selection and planning meetings
  • Identify potential constraints/deficiencies impacting the turnaround schedule and recommend corrective actions
  • Develop turnaround cost estimates and classification
  • Initiate procurement of planned parts and materials required for Turnaround
  • Report contractor work quality/non-compliance issues during Turnaround
  • Participate in PLNG Ready for Operations (RFO) maintenance projects
  • Manage personal timecard according to PLNG Policies and Procedures
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to junior peers
  • Develop Department KPI's and equipment reliability tracking
  • Comply with all regulatory and Company training requirements
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor
