Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Technical degree or NCCER certification preferred
  • PMP certification or similar is a plus
  • 5 years of I&C field maintenance experience in Oil and Gas or petrochemical facilities
  • 3 years of I&C Turnaround maintenance planner experience
  • Knowledge of industrial standards and regulations
  • Experience in Turnaround Planning, Scheduling, and Execution processes
  • Experience with Oracle Primavera (P6) and CMMS/SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of maintenance and inspection of Instrumentation and electrical equipment
Responsibilities
  • Builds turnaround work packages and schedules E&IC Turnaround work
  • Leads risk-based strategic and tactical Turnaround work selection meetings
  • Adheres to business controls and monitors Turnaround budget expenditure
  • Identifies potential constraints and recommends corrective actions
  • Coordinates Support Services resources and procurement of parts/materials
  • Develops cost estimates and supports integrated turnaround scheduling
  • Reports contractor work quality issues and captures improvement opportunities
  • Participates in maintenance projects and assists in facility startup
  • Manages personal timecard and provides mentoring to junior peers
  • Aids in the development of Department KPIs and equipment reliability tracking
  • Complies with regulatory and Company training requirements
  • Carries out other duties as assigned
