In this Role, You Will:
Unload tools, prepare materials, stack materials, and set up equipment
Follow project instructions from manager or supervisor
Make sure Materials are fully stocked in work areas
Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
Ensure regulated and proper headgear, ear plugs, gloves, safety glasses and clothing are worn
Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Safely operate a variety of tools.
Maintain a tidy and safe workspace
Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
Daily work in a changing outside environment, changing locations
Must learn factory jobs as part of Onsite Associate Training
Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience:
High School Diploma / GED - Required
Experience in LGS framing and steel construction
Experience with on-site assembly of prefab components
Prior construction, factory or carpentry experience
Measuring skills to take accurate, precise measurements of materials to follow shop drawings
Work with a variety of tools and equipment
Must be able to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and stand for long periods of time
Manual dexterity
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
English skills; both written and verbal
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the hourly pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas. This role is also eligible for stock options, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
