Game Animation Engineer @ Tencent

Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate directly with modelers and animators to develop and support high fidelity character and animation pipeline and tools;
2. Develop and optimize real time animation engine on different game platforms including PC, Console, Mobile;
3. Develop, maintain, optimize tools and plug-in for 3D DCC tools such as 3DMax, Maya;
4. Collaborate with scientists, research and develop next generation animation technologies.

1. 3 years developing experience in animation, CG movie;
2. Deep knowledge of animation, physics and character-related systems from engine to game;
3. Experienced with developing real time skin animation and morph/blendshape animation;
4. Experienced with low level profiling, debugging and optimizing;
5. Knowledge of GPU programming is a plus;
6. Enjoy working closely with creative and technical team members;
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
