Purpose of Job:
You will be working for an organization that values a strong collaboration between all operations functions to ensure we are designing optimal Program Management, Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes that are safe, cost effective, reliable and maintainable.
Czinger Vehicles is currently seeking a highly skilled, experienced Business Applications Integrator, with extensive experience of Oracle Cloud and the associated integration with other applicable business systems such as Teamcenter PLM, Manufacturing MES, amongst others, to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for all Oracle Integration related functions, which support manufacturing and supply chain operations, including program management, change and configuration management, and customer specific requirements. The Business Applications Integrator will complete the implementation of various Oracle modules, manage various projects simultaneously and expeditiously, lead and champion associated process improvement initiatives, and provide corrective actions for any existing weaknesses identified.
Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:
Implement and maintain quality software solutions and processes in support of ISO9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001, and AS9100 with both hands on and contract management of new solutions being architected and implemented
Act as an expert and referee, when establishing requirements for business applications and processes, that bridge multiple departments and stakeholders
Evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of existing business processes and recommending improvements to them
Conducting training sessions for new employees on the use of software applications
Developing strategic business plans for the organization based on emerging industry trends, new technologies, and other factors that could have an impact on the company’s success in the future
In partnership with the finance team, review financial reports and other documents to ensure that all accounting records are accurate
Develop and implement new software and technologies within the company’s infrastructure, such as MRP, ERP, MES and Supplier Portal solutions
Serving as a liaison between IT, finance, supply chain, engineering and manufacturing departments within the organization to ensure that all business processes are supported by technology, appropriately
Analyzing data from surveys and focus groups to determine customer satisfaction levels with products and services offered by the company and implement prioritized improvements accordingly
Troubleshoot integration issues and QA downstream process by becoming proficient in navigation of the systems
Develop use cases, technical research and customer feedback into program / technical requirements for integrating new software solutions
Properly document, communicate and enforce project deliverables, roles, milestones and timelines
Perform root cause analysis and design solutions for complex problems, leveraging SQL and other tools
Work Environment:Hybrid but largely on site in Torrance (Office/Factory) 4 days on-site
Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.), in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field;.
Licenses/Certificates:
PMP Certification, or minimum of 5 years managing complex technical programs with responsibility for timing, cost, quality and delivery
Experience:
Oracle Integration experience a must
Minimum 3 years of project management related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and experience working in Agile development methodology, and an ability to meet release cadence milestones;
Experience with other production and supply chain data integration with major commercial MRP/ERP/TMS/MES software packages, such as SAP, JDA, E2OPEN, or others;
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and management of technology;
5+ years of data integration experience, preferably in a SaaS / technical environment;
A strong facilitator who can work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain operational knowledge at a detailed level quickly;
Experience across a range of integration approaches, including streaming, EDI, API, JSON, XML, and flat file integration;
Familiarity with analytical tools, such as spreadsheets, business intelligence applications, and SQL;
Skills:
Resourcefulness and ability to find solutions in ambiguous situations;
Exceptional written communication skills for technical user story development;
Multitasking and effective prioritization of critical tasks and conflicting requirements;
Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of teams;
Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about the office and warehouse to execute work efficiently
The person in this position frequently communicates with partners and contract services to ensure smooth operations in business.
