  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field
  • PMP Certification or minimum of 5 years managing complex technical programs
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience
  • Experience with Oracle Integration
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodology
  • Experience with major commercial MRP/ERP/TMS/MES software packages
  • 5+ years of data integration experience
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Experience with integration approaches like streaming, EDI, API, JSON, XML, and flat file integration
  • Familiarity with analytical tools like spreadsheets, business intelligence applications, and SQL
Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain quality software solutions and processes
  • Act as an expert in establishing requirements for business applications
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing business processes
  • Conduct training sessions for new employees on software applications
  • Develop strategic business plans based on industry trends
  • Review financial reports and ensure accurate accounting records
  • Implement new software and technologies within the company's infrastructure
  • Serve as a liaison between IT, finance, supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing departments
  • Analyze customer satisfaction data and implement improvements
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and QA downstream processes
  • Develop use cases and technical requirements for new software solutions
  • Enforce project deliverables, roles, milestones, and timelines
  • Perform root cause analysis and design solutions for complex problems
